Ingredients
3-4 lb chuck roast
1 stick butter
1 au jus packet
1 ranch seasoning packet
1 bag of baby carrots (optional)
1 jar of pepperoncini's
Directions
In a crockpot, place chuck roast, butter, au jus packet, ranch seasoning packet, baby carrots. Top with as many pepperoncini as wanted with a small amount of juice (depending how spicy you want). Cook on low for 8 hours.
