1 lb. Linguine

2 jars of sun dried tomatoes

1 Yellow onion

1 package of Canadian bacon

2 packages of Pancetta

1 large package of sliced mushrooms

3 cloves of Garlic


Cook stove top the diced pancetta, diced Canadian bacon, and onion until onions are transparent. Add fresh diced garlic, mushrooms, diced sundried tomatoes, and the jar of oil the tomatoes sit in. Let cook over stove until mushrooms are soft. Boil water for pasta. Cook linguine until pasta is al dente. Strain pasta, add to a large bowl. Add all ingredients to the pasta and stir until mixed. For a little more flavor and a small amount of heat serve with red pepper flakes. Enjoy
