CHICKEN GYROS
Chicken Gyros

Ingredients
12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 cloves of fresh garlic
1 lemon 16 oz. Greek yogurt
3 tbsp oregano
1 tsp of salt
1tbsp of black pepper
2 packages of pitas
2 tomatoes
1 Red onion
Tzatziki sauce
Directions
Place chicken thighs, juice of 1 lemon, oregano, black pepper, Greek yogurt, salt, and diced garlic in a gallon ziploc bag and let marinate for approximately 2 hours. After marinated, cook the chicken thighs on a hot skillet or griddle until chicken is cooked through. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Warm pitas on a hot griddle, dice onions and slice tomatoes. Place chicken onto pita, along with onion, tomato, and tzatziki sauce. Enjoy!
