1lb Chicken breast

14 Oz Andouille Sausage

1 lb Penne Pasta

16oz Heavy Whipping Cream 

32oz Low Sodium Chicken Broth

6oz Shredded Parmesan

3 Cloves Garlic "Slap your Momma" Cajun Seasoning

1 TBSP Olive Oil

Flat Leaf Parsley


To Prepare, cut up chicken and season in olive oil and cajun seasoning. Then place in pot on medium to high and begin to cook. Cut sausage pieces into circles and added to the pot. Once chicken and sausage is brown, add fresh garlic. Save the garlic until the end to avoid burning it. Next, in the same pot add heavy whipping crème, uncooked pasta, and Cajun seasoning. Add season gradually to taste. Bring to a boil, place lid over the top 2 and then simmer for 25-30 minutes to allow pasta to cook and sauce to thicken up. Remove pot from heat and then stir in parmesan and parsley. Finally sprinkle more Cajun seasoning to taste, and you are ready to serve.
