BBQ CHICKEN CASSEROLE

Ingredients
1 Rotisserie Chicken Shredded
1 Can Black Beans Drained
1 Can Corn Drained
1 Green Pepper Diced
1 Cup BBQ sauce
Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Paprika, Chili Powder, Onion Powder & Garlic Powder
Shredded Cheese
Crispy Onions
Directions
Mix chicken, beans, corn, green pepper, BBQ sauce and
spices in a casserole dish. Spread cheese on top. Put it in
the oven at 375° for 25 minutes lightly covered with foil.
Remove and spread crispy onions on top and put in the oven
for another 10 minutes uncovered. Serve with rice, avocado
and sour cream.
